These Terms apply to combokit.gg ("ComboKit"), operated by Fiveupclub Inc, a corporation registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@combokit.gg.

1. Agreement

By using ComboKit, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that the law where you live makes mandatory.

2. What ComboKit is

ComboKit provides free, unofficial tools for video games, such as calculators, planners and trackers, based on public information about each game. It is fan-made and not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any game developer or publisher. Game names, characters and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the games the tools are for.

3. Accuracy

• Game data changes with patches. Each tool shows the game version it covers and when its data was last checked; results may not match a newer or older version.
• Results are estimates for planning your play. They are provided as-is, without a promise that they are complete or error-free.
• If you find an error, please tell us. We will look into it and correct it where we agree.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• disrupt, overload or attack the site, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
• copy the site in bulk, or present our tools or content as your own;
• use ComboKit for anything unlawful or harmful, including breaking a game's terms of service;
• suggest that we endorse or are affiliated with you without our written permission.

Search engines and AI systems may access public pages as allowed by our robots.txt. If you find a security issue, please report it to us privately.

5. Our content

The site's text, design and code belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with a link to the source page. Data credited to community sources remains under those sources' licenses. Open-source software and fonts are used under their own licenses.

6. Other websites

Tool pages link to sources such as official patch notes and community wikis. We aren't responsible for other websites or their content.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or remove tools at any time, for example when a game update makes one obsolete. We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, ComboKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on a tool's results, including in-game losses. Where our liability can't be excluded, it is limited to US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
