Privacy Policy

This policy covers combokit.gg ("ComboKit"), operated by Fiveupclub Inc, Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"), which is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@combokit.gg.

At a glance

• What you enter into a tool stays in your browser. Calculations run on your device and are not sent to us.
• No accounts, no advertising and no cookies set by us today. We don't track you across other websites and don't sell or share personal information.
• Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, and may give us cookie-free, aggregated visit statistics.

1. Information we process

What you enter into tools

Choices, numbers and progress you enter are handled by code running in your browser. Some tools keep your latest entries or progress in your browser's local storage so you don't lose them (see section 4). We cannot see, recover or delete that information, because we never receive it.

Messages to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. Please include only what's needed.

Technical data

Like any website, our host Cloudflare receives technical information with each request, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL and time, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. Cloudflare may also give us aggregated, cookie-free visit statistics.

2. What we don't do

• We don't create accounts or profiles, and we don't combine your information with data from other sources.
• We don't use advertising, advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or session recording today.
• We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Who receives information

• Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, security, logs, visit statistics and forwarding of email sent to our addresses.
• Our email provider: storing and handling messages you send us.
• Others when required: advisers, authorities or courts when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety; and a successor if ComboKit is transferred, who must respect this policy.

4. Cookies and local storage

We don't set cookies. Tools that remember your progress use your browser's local storage on this site, with keys that start with ck.. Each tool that saves anything says so on its page, and you can clear it with the tool's reset button or by clearing this site's data in your browser. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as a request not to sell or share, which we don't do anyway.

5. How long we keep information

• Local storage: until you delete it.
• Emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends, or longer if needed for a legal claim.
• Logs: kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its settings and policies.

6. International processing and security

We are based in the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries, relying where the law requires on safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep what we hold to a minimum, use HTTPS and a strict content security policy, and limit access to our provider accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email hello@combokit.gg. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights.

8. Children

ComboKit is a general-audience site for players of games aimed at teens and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We will post any update here with a new effective date and version. If we add advertising or another service that processes visitors' personal information, we will update this policy before it happens and explain any choices you have.
